It is designed to make carpaccio of products such as shrimp, prawns, salmon, tuna, lobster, beef, pork, fruits, among others, but always a soft product that does not damage the machine.
It is developed to be able to make different formats depending on the mold and stainless steel figure through a piston that then presses on the product.
Using the molds provided by the machine and the pressure of the adjustable piston, we will be able to shape the different packaged products.
